🔹 Refrain from using our services for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical activities.
🔹 Ensure that any software or hardware provided for servicing is legally licensed and owned.
While Orca Consultancy Services strives to provide uninterrupted and high-quality support, we do not guarantee:
🔹 That our services will be error-free, virus-free, or free from interruptions.
🔹 Recovery of lost data or prevention of hardware/software damage unless explicitly covered under a specific agreement.
🔹 Compatibility of all hardware or software with new updates or configurations.
🔹 All payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or contract.
🔹 Invoices are payable within [X] days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
🔹 Late payments may attract a penalty or suspension of services until dues are cleared.

All content, materials, designs, and software developed or provided by Orca remain our intellectual property unless transferred by written agreement.
Clients retain ownership of their data and proprietary content shared during the course of service.
Orca Consultancy Services provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orca Consultancy Services’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice under the following conditions:
🔹 Breach of contract terms by either party.
🔹 Non-payment or misuse of services.
🔹 Mutual agreement for discontinuation.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
Our services may involve integration or use of third-party tools, applications, or APIs. Orca Consultancy Services is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party products or their updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in USA.
Orca Consultancy Services reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
